• Salon and Spa Courtesy

    Our salon and spa are places of relaxation and we kindly ask that our clients adhere to the following:

    Please ensure your phone is on silent or switched off. If you do need to make a call please step outside.

    Please keep in mind that other guests are relaxing and we ask any noise to be kept to a minimum.

    We ask you to arrive 10 minutes early if you are a new client to fill out new client forms (DAY SPA APPOINTMENTS ONLY).

    For facials and massage 60 minutes or more at her. DAY SPA - Cowes location - please arrive 15 minutes prior to your booking time to be settled into the relaxation lounge. Due to a high volume of appointments if you do not arrive 15 minutes prior we will be unable to provide this additional service.

    While we love to watch children laugh and play, we also want everyone to enjoy their spa day. Please be mindful of other guests and our therapists if you require to bring your children along.

    We have the right to refuse service if we feel it is within the best interest of the client, employees and the company.

  • Gift Vouchers

    All gift vouchers are valid 3 years from date of purchase.

    Lost or stolen vouchers are not able to be reclaimed.

    If you have purchased a voucher for a specific service, we are able to transfer the value of that voucher to a different treatment of equal or more value.

    If your treatment is less than the value of your voucher, we are happy to keep the balance for you to use at a later date provided it is within the date of the vouchers expiration.

    A pick up from our location is available as an option. Please let us know via call, txt or email if you would prefer this. Please wait for us to email you to let you know when your voucher will be ready for you to collect. Usually within 1-2 business days.

  • Booking Policy

    All deposits are non refundable.

    However deposits can be converted to gift vouchers or future booking deposits for the exact amount. These deposit refund vouchers are emailed to you and valid for 12 months.

    A credit maybe issued for example: If you had made a booking online and paid 50% deposit then you needed to cancel or reschedule your appointment and you had contacted us within the 24hr cancellation policy time, your deposit would be applied as a credit to your account.

    Deposits are lost if you fail to show for an appointment or you cancel under the 24hrs required or on the same day.

    If we needed to change or cancel your booking due to circumstances beyond our control then you are given the opportunity to find another suitable time to have the treatment or your deposit is converted to a gift voucher for you to use at any location on service or product of your choice.

    A 15% surcharge will automatically be applied to treatments booked on Sunday or public holiday bookings.

    By confirming your appointment with us you are agreeing to our booking policy.

  • Cancellation Policy

    We understand that sometimes unexpected things come up and you may have to cancel your appointment. By notifying us as early as possible this will allow us to fill your available spot.

    Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice. If cancellations are made less than the required 24 hours a fee of 50% of the appointment will be charged. Payment can either be made over the phone or will be charged to your next appointment. Extreme circumstances will be taken into consideration at our discretion.

    By booking with us you are agreeing to the cancellation fee.

    For any same day cancellations for clients with packages, you will forfeit 1x session of your package. (Extreme circumstances will be taken into consideration at our discretion).

  • Online Bookings

    Our online booking system allows you to choose a therapist, however if you are a new client or have seen multiple therapists in the past we may move your appointment to another therapist to ensure our schedules flow smoothly.

    If you wish to request a therapist, we ask you to please call, text or email us your preference and we will make a note of it on your file for your booking.

    As with the ease of booking online, there are some reasons where we may need to alter your time slightly. We will notify if this is required soon after you have made your booking.

    By booking online you are agreeing to see any of our fully qualified therapists.

    Please understand that medical information is required for the safety of some services, therefore it is a requirement that you provide all relevant allergies, disorders, medications and medical issues as true and correct. You must give any updates or changes to your therapist at the time of your booking.
